产品及特点
本产品为酵母细胞蛋白酶抑制混合液，溶剂为DMSO。专门用于裂解各种酵母细胞时，抑制各种内源和外源蛋白酶活性，防止蛋白质降解。
1. 即开即用，不需要单独购买每个成分再配制。
2. 止蛋白质降解。本产品抑制谱广，能特异性抑制丝氨酸蛋白酶、半胱氨酸蛋白酶、天门冬氨酸蛋白酶及金属蛋白酶等各种蛋白酶活性。
3. 本产品为优化的酵母蛋白酶抑制剂混合溶液。与各种细胞裂解液兼容，在裂解液中加入1/100体积即可。
