    pT7-6×His-GST-ZDHHC4 This is a prokaryotic inducible low-copy expression plasmid. The plasmid contains a T7-LacO promoter system, which induces the expression of the T7 promoter-derived ZDHHC4 gene under IPTG or lactose and its analogs. The N-terminus of the ZDHHC4 gene in the plasmid carries His, Thrombin, and T7 protein tags, which facilitate subsequent studies on the detection, purification, and localization of the expressed protein.
