    pCMV-T7-3×FLAG-ATG9A-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a CMV enhancer and a CMV promoter that can jointly initiate efficient expression of the human ATG9A gene, promoting the N-terminal fusion expression of the ATG9A gene with a 3×FLAG tag, facilitating detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies. The plasmid carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene for selecting host cells expressing the target gene.
