    pCMV-Mpeg1-3×HA-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The CMV enhancer and CMV promoter included in the plasmid can jointly initiate the efficient expression of the mouse Mpeg1 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the Mpeg1 gene with an HA tag, which can be detected, localized, and purified using HA antibodies. The plasmid carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene for selecting host cells that express the target gene.
