    pLV3-CMV-NDUFA11-3×FLAG-CopGFP-Puro This is a low-copy plasmid suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a strong CMV promoter that can initiate transcription of the human NDUFA11 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of a 3×FLAG tag, which facilitates the detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies. The plasmid also carries HIV-1 Ψ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentivirus packaging, allowing for stable integration of the gene into host cells. The plasmid includes CopGFP green fluorescent protein to detect the expression and localization of the target gene.
