    pLV3-CMV-EGFP-MCS-EF1a-Blast It is a plasmid suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The CMV strong promoter carried by the plasmid can initiate the transcription of downstream genes. Additionally, the plasmid contains HIV-1 Ψ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentivirus packaging, facilitating the stable integration of the gene into host cells. The plasmid carries the EGFP green fluorescent protein for easy visual detection of the expression and localization of the target gene. The plasmid also carries a Blast resistance gene for screening host cells expressing the target gene.
