    pCMV-SMG5-3×HA-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a strong CMV promoter that can initiate the transcription of the human SMG5 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of a 3×HA tag, which facilitates experiments such as protein immunoprecipitation and co-immunoprecipitation. The plasmid contains a Neo/G418 resistance gene for screening host cells expressing the target gene.
