    pCMV-EGFP-Mc3r-Neo plasmid Description

    pCMV-EGFP-Mc3r-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a CMV enhancer and CMV promoter that can jointly initiate the efficient expression of the mouse Mc3r gene, with the N-terminus of the Mc3r gene carrying the EGFP green fluorescent protein for intuitive observation of the expression location and level of the target gene. The plasmid carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene for selecting positive host cells expressing the target gene.
