    pCMV-ZRANB1-6×His-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a CMV enhancer and a CMV promoter that can jointly initiate the transcription of the downstream human ZRANB1 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the ZRANB1 gene with a 6×His tag, which facilitates experiments such as protein immunoprecipitation and co-immunoprecipitation. The plasmid carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene for selecting host cells that express the target gene.
