    pCMV-VPS8-EGFP-Neo This is a plasmid suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a CMV enhancer and a CMV promoter that can jointly initiate the efficient expression of the downstream human VPS8 gene. The plasmid carries EGFP green fluorescent protein at the C-terminus of the VPS8 gene, facilitating the visual observation of the location and level of the target gene expression.
