    pCMV-LY9-3×FLAG-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a CMV enhancer and a CMV promoter that can jointly initiate high-efficiency expression of downstream genes, promoting the expression of a C-terminal fusion with a 3×FLAG tag, facilitating detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies. The plasmid carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene for selecting host cells expressing the target gene.
