    pT7-6×His-TRIM28-6×His This is a prokaryotic inducible low-copy expression plasmid. The plasmid contains a T7-LacO promoter system that, under the induction of IPTG or lactose and its analogs, initiates the expression of the human TRIM28 gene. The N-terminus of the TRIM28 gene in the plasmid carries His, Thrombin, and T7 protein tags, while the C-terminus has a His tag, which facilitates subsequent studies on the detection, purification, and localization of the expressed protein.
