    pCMV-STING1-3×HA-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The CMV enhancer and CMV promoter carried by the plasmid can jointly initiate the transcription of the STING1 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the STING1 gene with an HA tag, facilitating experiments such as protein immunoprecipitation and co-immunoprecipitation. The plasmid carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene for selecting host cells that express the target gene.
