    pCMV-3×FLAG-HECW2-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a CMV enhancer and a CMV promoter that can jointly initiate the efficient expression of the human HECW2 gene, promoting the N-terminal fusion expression of a 3×FLAG tag, which facilitates the detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies. The plasmid carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene, which can be used to select host cells expressing the target gene.
