    pCMV-Ncoa1-EGFP-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a CMV enhancer and a CMV promoter that can jointly initiate the efficient expression of the downstream mouse-derived Ncoa1 gene. The plasmid carries EGFP green fluorescent protein at the C-terminus of the Ncoa1 gene, facilitating the visual observation of the location and level of the target gene expression.
