在检测时段内，大量的IL-2和IFNγ，以及相对较少的TNFα一直处于诱导状态，并延续至检测时段之后。在持续刺激24小时时，中等量的IL-4和IL-5继续被诱导，并达到最大值。分泌的更少量的IL-10和IL-13也在24小时时达到最大值，之后开始减少。持续刺激48小时后，没有检测到IL-12。
