检测原理

本套件基于双抗体夹心ELISA：

1. 固相抗体预包被于微孔板。

Assay Principle

This kit is based on a double antibody sandwich ELISA:

1. The solid-phase antibody is pre-coated onto the microplate.
2. Add the test sample or standard; mouse IgA specifically binds to the solid-phase antibody.
3. Wash to remove unbound components.
4. Add the HRP-conjugated detection antibody, which binds to the captured IgA.
5. After washing, add the TMB substrate, which develops a blue color catalyzed by HRP; the stop solution turns it yellow.
6. Read the OD value at 450 nm wavelength; the OD is proportional to the IgA concentration.

Usage Notes

• Do not mix reagents from different lots or those beyond their expiration date.
• Allow reagents to equilibrate to room temperature for 30 minutes before use.
