核心技术与检测原理

1. 微孔板预包被纯化的鼠源 RBP4 抗体，形成固相捕获层。
2. 加入标准品或待检样品，使 RBP4 抗原与捕获抗体结合形成第一层抗原‑抗体复合物。
3. 添加生物素标记的检测抗体，随后加入链霉亲和素‑HRP 复合物，实现 抗体‑抗原‑抗体‑酶 四元复合体的构建。
4. 经过严格洗涤后，加入 HRP 底物（TMB），在酶促下显色，终止液将蓝色转为黄色。

Product Overview

This kit is based on a double‑antibody sandwich format, specifically designed for quantitative detection of mouse retinol‑binding protein 4 (RBP4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell supernatants, and other related liquid samples. Using the EliKine™ platform, it offers ultra‑high sensitivity (0.05 ng/mL) and a broad detection range (0.25–20 ng/mL), suitable for basic research, pharmacological evaluation, and biomarker analysis in metabolic disease models.

Core Technology and Detection Principle

1. Microwell plate pre‑coated with purified mouse RBP4 antibody, forming a solid‑phase capture layer.
2. Add standard or test samples, allowing RBP4 antigen to bind the capture antibody and form the first antigen‑antibody complex.
3. Add biotin‑labeled detection antibody, followed by streptavidin‑HRP conjugate, creating an antibody‑antigen‑antibody‑enzyme tetrameric complex.
4. After rigorous washing, add HRP substrate (TMB); enzymatic reaction produces color, and stop solution converts the blue color to yellow.
5. Measure optical density (OD) at 450 nm and calculate sample RBP4 concentration using the standard curve.
