实验流程简述

Brief Experimental Procedure

1. Co-incubate the test sample or standard with biotin-conjugated GLP‑1 antigen in the antibody-coated microplate.
2. Competitive binding occurs between antigens; unbound antigens are washed away.
3. Add Streptavidin-HRP to form a complex.
4. After washing, add TMB substrate; HRP catalyzes the formation of a blue product.
5. Add Stop Solution to change the color to yellow; measure the OD value at 450 nm using a microplate reader.
6. Calculate the GLP‑1 concentration in the sample from the standard curve (OD is inversely proportional to concentration).

Precautions

• Do not mix reagents from different lots or use reagents beyond their expiration date.
• Equilibrate all reagents to room temperature for 30 minutes before use.
