检测原理

本试剂盒使用双抗体夹心法：

使用流程概要（一步法）

1. 板子与样本、标准品在室温平衡 30 分钟。
2. 加入样本或标准品，孵育 60 min。
3. 洗板 → 加入检测抗体，孵育 60 min。
4. 洗板 → 加入 Streptavidin‑HRP，孵育 30 min。
5. 洗板 → 加入 TMB 底物 (A/B)，显色 10–20 min。
6. 加入终止液，读取 450 nm OD。
7. 使用随包装提供的标准曲线公式计算样本 SIgA 浓度。

操作注意事项

• 不同批号或超过有效期的试剂禁止混用。

Detection Principle

The kit employs a double‑antibody sandwich method:

Brief Protocol (One‑Step)
