Product Overview

This kit is an EliKine™-based sandwich ELISA assay kit, specifically designed for the quantitative detection of human type I collagen pro‑peptide (Pro‑Collagen Iα1), suitable for cell culture supernatants, serum, and plasma samples.

Assay Principle

Based on a double‑antibody sandwich format:

1. The capture antibody is pre‑coated on the microplate surface to specifically bind Pro‑Collagen Iα1 present in the sample.

3. Streptavidin‑HRP binds to the biotin, followed by addition of TMB substrate for color development.
