Recombinant Human Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) Protein is a high-purity protein fragment recombinantly produced in an E. coli expression system. This protein comprises the amino acid sequence Gln24-Gln166 of human γ-IFN (NP_01579.1) and is fused with an N-terminal 6xHis tag to facilitate purification and detection. Its predicted molecular weight is 16.91 kDa, and its purity, as verified by SDS-PAGE, exceeds 98%.
