转乙酰酶 transacetylase，acetyl transfer- ase 催化乙酰基转移反应的酶之总称，也称为乙酰转移酶。反应是把乙酰辅酶A（CoA）作为乙酰基供体进行各种特异反应而生成酯（例如胆碱乙酰基转移酶）、酰胺（amide）衍生物、硫酯（thioester）（例如硫辛酸转乙酰酶）、酮、乙酰磷酸（例如磷酸乙酰转移酶），有的也可进行可逆反应。
