概述
RIDASCREEN® Total Gluten 是一种基于R5抗体和其他三种抗体的夹心法酶联免疫分析法，用于定量分析燕麦及燕麦产品中含麸质谷物（小麦、黑麦和大麦）造成的麸质污染。由于结合了四种不同的单克隆抗体，RIDASCREEN® Total Gluten 能够检测几乎所有的麸质蛋白。
