Detection of TIA1+ cellsClone REAL1100 is an antibody fragment derived from the full TIA1 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL1100 recognizes human TIA1 (TIA-1), a cytotoxic granule-associated protein that is a member of a RNA-binding protein family. It regulates transcription and RNA translation, acts in the nucleus to regulate splicing and is associated with apoptosis. TIA1 is expressed in cytotoxic lymphocyte (CTL) target cells, in which it induces DNA fragmentation. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). |
