    Detection of PSMD1+ cellsClone REAL1227 is an antibody fragment derived from the full PSMD1 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL1227 recognizes PSMD1 (26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 1), also as known as 26S Proteasome Regulatory Subunit Rpn2, a component of the 26S proteasome and multiprotein complex involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. PSMD1 is invoved in homeostasis by removing misfolded or damaged proteins, which could impair cellular functions, and in removing proteins whose functions are no longer required. It participates in numerous cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, apoptosis, or DNA damage repair. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). |
