Detection of IgA+ cellsClone REAL533 is an antibody fragment derived from the full IgA antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL533 recognizes both subclasses of human IgA. IgA is present either as monomer or in a secreted form as a multimer of 2-4 molecules, connected by the J-chain and the so-called secretory component. Secreted IgA is transported across epithelial cells and secreted into the lumen of the respiratory and gastrointestinal tract. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
