The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL694 recognizes the human COX-4 protein, one of the nuclear-coded polypeptide chains of cytochrome c oxidase, the terminal oxidase in mitochondrial electron transport. COX-4 can be used to identify the inner membrane of mitochondria in immunfluorescence studies.
