Detection of Actin (Smooth Muscle)+ cellsClone REAL650 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Actin (Smooth Muscle) antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL650 recognizes Actin, which is a highly conserved globular multi-functional protein that plays a role in various types of cell motility. Actin forms microfilaments and is ubiquitously expressed in all eukaryotic cells. | Clone REAL650 does not stain cardiac or skeletal muscle. In combination with | muscle specific Actin it can be used to differentiate between leiomyosarcoma from rhabdomyosarcoma. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
