Identification and enumeration of TCR Vδ2+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA771 recognizes the Vδ2 TCR chain on human Vγ9Vδ2 T cells, which are the major γ/δ T cell subset in humans. Activated Vδ2 T lymphocytes display strong cytotoxicity against various tumor cells and produce a number of cytokines, including TNF-α and IFN-γ. | Additional information: Clone REA771 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
