Identification and enumeration of RAMP2+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA703 recognizes the mouse RAMP2 antigen, a 20 kDa single-transmembrane-domain protein expressed in lung, breast, immune system, and fetal tissues. In interaction with the calcitonin receptor-like receptor (CRLR), a class B G protein–coupled receptor (GPCR), RAMP2 forms a heterodimer for adrenomedullin (AM). | Additional information: Clone REA703 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
