Detection of mouse Jagged2+ cellsThe HMJ2-1 monoclonal antibody recognizes mouse Jagged2, a transmembrane protein also called JAG2. Jagged 2 is one of five Notch receptor ligands expressed on thymic lymphoid and stromal cells, splenic DCs and macrophages but not on B cells. It is reported that Jagged 2 promotes metastasis in lung by increasing the expression of GATA binding factors.
