Unconjugated antibody for functional assaysThe monoclonal antibody RG9-35.7 recognizes mouse galectin-9, which is a 40 kDa mammalian lectin expressed by lymphocytes, dendritic cells, granulocytes, eosinophils, astrocytes, endothelial cells, fibroblasts, and thymus epithelial cells. Galectin-9 is a ligand for TIM-3 and induces Tʜ1 cell death.
