Identification and enumeration of B7-H6+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA1430 recognizes human B7-H6, also known as NCR3LG1 (Natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 3 ligand 1), a member of the B7 family. B7-H6 is selectively expressed on tumor cells. Interaction of B7H6 with NKp30 results in natural killer (NK) cell activation and cytotoxicity. The B7-H6-NKp30 complex on the tumor membrane activates the NK cells and releases both tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and interferon gamma (IFN-γ). | Additional information: Clone REA1430 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors |
