氨*青霉素(Ampicillin, Amp)又称安比*林、氨*西林，是一种 β-内酰胺类抗生素，干扰肽聚糖的交联从而抑制细胞壁的合成，属于氨基青霉素类抗生素，临床上常用氨*青霉素治疗各种细菌感染，是非常经典的一种抗生素，常被用于分子生物学实验研究中，如用于配制含氨*青霉素的LB培养基或LB平板等。
本产品经过滤除菌，一般工作浓度为 50~100μg/ml，其中严紧型质粒常采用 20μg/ml，松弛型质粒常采用 60μg/ml。

使用方法
