【产品概述】
本产品不同于使用T4 DNA 连接酶的传统克隆方法，而是采用拓扑异构酶Ⅰ（TopoisomeraseⅠ），可短时间内（几秒钟-几分钟）高效连接DNA片段。连接产物转化大肠杆菌时，无需冰浴和热激，室温5分钟内完成转化，转化后大肠杆菌37℃复苏10分钟即可涂板。有效连接片段可长达10 kb。此外，本产品无自连、零背景，无需蓝白斑筛选，阳性克隆比例很高，极少出现空载体，是简单、快速、零背景免筛选的TOPO TA克隆载体。
测序可以采用M13F/M13R通用引物测序（见下页质粒图谱）。
