Description Monoclonal Antibody against Multidrug Resistance Protein (QCRL1)

This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone QCRL1 Form Purified Antibody (in 0.01M PBS + 0.1% NaN3 + 1% BSA) Host Multidrug Resistance Protein (QCRL1) Monoclonal Antibody (SIGNET)Mouse IsoType IgG1 Specificity QCRL-1 reacts with a linear epitope of MRP, a 190kDa transmembrane phosphoglycoprotein that is over expressed in various human multi-drug resistant tumor cell lines. The epitope lies in cytoplasmic region within amino acids 918-924(SSYSGDI). QCRL-1 was raised against membranes prepared from the human small cell lung cancer cell line, H69AR, which highly over expresses MRP. QCRL-1 does not cross-react with human MDR1 and MDR3, or mouse MRP. Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC) and flow cytometry. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. Notes Positive cell lines: Drug-sensitive parental cell lines and their multidrug-resistant derivatives.
