Description Monoclonal antibody against Multidrug Resistance Protein (MRPm6) Intended Use **Research Use Only (RUO)**
This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone MRPm6 Form Tissue Culture Supernatant (serum-free + 0.1% NaN3 + 0.7% BSA) Host Mouse Species Reactivity Multidrug Resistance Protein (MRPm6) Monoclonal Antibody (SIGNET)Human IsoType IgG1 Specificity Covances clone MRPm6 recognizes an internal epitope of MRP, a 180-195kDa membrane transport protein which is over-expressed in various human non-P-glycoprotein MDR tumor cell lines. MRPm6 does not cross-react with the human MDR1 and MDR3 gene products (Flens, et al. 1994).
This antibody was developed using a bacterial fusion protein of MRP containing a segment of 170 amino acids in the carbozk terminal end and part of the carbozk proximal nucleotide binding domain of the protein.Uses This antibody is effective in immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC: ≥1:20 with biotin based detection systems such as USA Ultra Streptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).
Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues
Pretreatment: For optimal staining, the sections should be pretreated with an antigen unmasking solution such as citrate buffer retrieval solution (SIG-31932).
Incubation: 20-60 minutes at room temperature.
