This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Form Affinity Purified Antibody (Stored in TBS + 0.03% Thimerosal) Host Rabbit Species Reactivity Human, Rodent [Ab] Nonmuscle Myosin Heavy Chain II-B Polyclonal Antibody, Purified 1 mg/mL Specificity This antibody was raised against the peptide SDVNETQPPQSE corresponding to the C-terminus of nonmuscle myosin heavy chain isoform B (MHC-B). Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF). Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - WB: 1:1,000*
