This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone D6E10 Form Purified Antibody (in PBS; no preservatives or carrier proteins) Host Mouse Species Reactivity Apo-E (D6E10) Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)Human IsoType IgG1 [Ab] 1 mg/mL Specificity Signet’s anti-Apo-E antibody (clone D6E10) recognizes the E2, E3 and E4 isoforms of apolipoprotein E. Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunoprecipitation (IP) and ELISA. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - Western: 1:1,000-1:10,000
- IHC: 1:1,000-1:100,000
Tissue Sections: Frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues
Pretreatment: The staining intensity of formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues may be significantly improved by pretreatment methods such as:
1. 70% Formic acid for 10-30 minutes at room temperature
2. Hydrolytic autoclaving
Storage Apo-E (D6E10) Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)Store at -20°C or below. Upon initial thawing, apportion into working aliquots and store at -20°C or below.
