Rabbit anti Mouse BRD3 antibody recognizes bromodomain-containing protein 3, also known as RING3-like protein (RING3L).
BRD3 is a member of the bromodomain and extra-terminal motif (BET) protein family. As with other BET proteins, BRD3 associates with acetylated lysine residues on histones and transcription factors (Gamsjaeger et al. 2011) (Lamonica et al. 2011). BRD3 is thought to be involved in nucleosome remodelling in the context of transcription (LeRoy et al. 2008). BRD3 has also been shown to interact with RNA molecules and form protein-RNA aggregates (Daneshvar et al. 2020).

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
