。 【临床应用】 1、治疗抑郁症 用于各种原因引起的抑郁症，对内源性抑郁症、更年期抑郁症效果较好。对反应性抑郁症次之，对精神病的抑郁成分效果较差。此外，抗抑郁药尚可用于强迫症的治疗。治疗剂量：开始时25mg/次，3次／日，逐渐增加到50mg／次，3～4次／d，严重病例最高可用到300mg／d。 2 、治疗遗尿症 对于儿童遗尿可试用imipramine治疗，剂量依年龄而定：6～7岁为25毫克，8～11岁为25～50毫克，11岁以上为50～75mg，睡前口服
