| 背景资料 | Estrone O-sulfamate (Estrone 3-O-sulfamate) is a potent inhibitor of steroid sulfatase (STS). Estrone O-sulfamate is a placental microsomal inhibitor (P.M.) with IC50 values of 18 nM. Estrone O-sulfamate showed inhibitory effects on STS in MCF-7 cells with IC50 values of 0.83 nM. Estrone O-sulfamate can be used to study cancer. |
