背景介绍
PDLIM1, also named as CLIM1, CLP-36, CLP36, hCLIM1 and Elfin, is a member of the actinin-associated LIM protein (ALP)/enigma protein family, plays a role in neurite outgrowth in the peripheral nervous system. It is a cytoskeletal protein that may act as an adapter that brings other proteins (like kinases) to the cytoskeleton. PDLIM1 and PALLD formed a complex in the dorsal root ganglion (DRG) and PDLIM1 and PALLD were colocalized in the neurites and cell bodies of primary DRG neurons. PDLIM1 may interact with PALLD to influence neurite outgrowth during sciatic nerve regeneration. (PMID: 20381583)

文献和实验：单克隆抗体设立相应亚型的对照，而多克隆抗体需要对应种属的 IgG 作为对照。用血球计数法或是其他方法对细胞计数。 1. 将 0.5-1 x 106 个细胞分到各检测管中（依照体积）。 2. 各管加入 2-3 ml 孵育缓冲液漂洗，离心回收细胞。重复一次。 3. 将每个管中的细胞重悬在 100 µl 孵育缓冲液中。 4. 室温，孵育缓冲液封闭 10 分钟。 5. 按合适的稀释比例在检测管中加入未标记，生物素标记或是荧光素标记的一抗。具体的用量参考抗体各自的说明书。
