Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.

储存条件：

一、试剂盒拆封后可 4°C 保存 1 周，如果 1 周内未用完，请将剩余酶标板，冻干标准品，浓缩生物素化抗体，浓缩 HRP 酶结合物放置在-20°C 保存，其他试剂4°C 保存，并在6 个月内用完。
二、若试剂盒未拆封：4°C（短时间存放，6 个月内有效）；-20°C（长时间存放，1 年内有效）；避免反复冻融，过期后请勿使用。
三、如果试剂盒整盒保存在-20°C，请在实验前一天晚上将试剂盒放置在4°C。

操作步骤：

	1. 试剂盒和样本室温平衡后，每孔加入标准工作缓冲液100 μL(按说明书梯度稀释)或样品100 μL, 37°C孵育80分钟。
	2. 弃去酶标板中液体，每孔加入200μL洗涤缓冲液，洗涤3次。拍干后，每孔加入100μL 生物素化抗体工作液，37°C孵育50分钟。
	3. 弃去酶标板中液体，每孔加入200 μL洗涤缓冲液，洗涤3次。拍干后，每孔加入100 μL HRP酶工作液，37°C孵育50分钟。
	4. 弃去酶标板内液体，每孔加入200 μL洗涤缓冲液，洗涤5次。拍干后，每孔加入90 μL TMB, 37℃孵育20 min 。
	5.每孔加入50 μL终止液，450 nm立即读数，计算结果。
