蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Human GDF15 (NP_004855.2) (Ala197-Ile308) was expressed with an N-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
