产品简介
本试剂盒可以直接染色活的细胞或组织，染色时间通常为 5-20 分钟。对于固定的细胞或组织，通常宜使用配制在 PBS 中的 4%多聚甲全进行固定，使用其它不适当的固定液会导致荧光背景较高。
本试剂盒如果用于流式细胞仪，每个样品的检测体系体积为 0.5ml 时，可以进行 200 次检测，96 孔板每孔检测体系的体积为 100ul 时，可以进行 1000 次检测。
