ITGAM 分子靶点综述
整合素αM（ITGAM）是一种形成巨噬细胞抗原（Mac-1）或补体受体3（CR3）的蛋白亚单位。ITGAM又被称为CR3A和分化抗原簇分子11B（CD11b）。CD11b是一种常见的髓系标志物，在急性髓系白血病中有50%的阳性表达率。CD117和CD11b共同检测有助于从恢复良性增殖（CD117阴性表达，CD11b阳性表达）的病例中区分出急性早幼粒细胞白血病（CD11b阴性表达）。
