| In Vitro | CB-839表现出时间依赖性和缓慢可逆的动力学特性。与rHu-GAC预培养1小时后，CB-839抑制谷氨酰胺酶的IC50值<50 nmol/L，至少比BPTES低13倍。CB-839对三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)细胞系，HCC-1806，具有抗增殖活性，而对雌激素受体阳性细胞系，T47D，没有抗增殖活性。[1] |
