荧光抗体缀合物在紧密接触时趋于聚集，由于FRET和不同缀合物之间的其他能量转移现象，扭曲了多色染色细胞的分析结果，使荧光染料相互作用会导致染色伪影，从而让数据复杂化。 CytoWatch 多路复用缓冲液是为细胞的多色流式细胞分析而研发的缓冲液。 CytoWatch多路复用缓冲液是一种浓缩溶液，可在染色细胞之前直接添加到某些荧光抗体缀合物或其他荧光试剂的染色溶液中。 它可用于增强或改进利用两种或更多种不同染色试剂（例如，与BV染料或Qdot缀合的抗体）的多色流式细胞术实验。

月下独见 我最近打算提核蛋白做EMSA，我是自己配制的buffer，其中要加入100x Protease Inhibitor使buffer里含有1x Protease Inhibitor。这个100x Protease Inhibitor有没有买的？还是要自己配制。 我查了一下资料Protease Inhibitor里含有Aprotinin Leupeptin Pepstatin PMSF，如果自己配Protease Inhibitor的话以上的试剂
